The http;//www.3dcerakote.com website (the “site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by 3D Cerakote & Laserworks. http;//www.3dcerakote.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without notification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of http;//www.3dcerakote.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of the terms for your reference.
http://www.3dcerakote.com is an E-commerce Site.
3D CERAKOTE & LASERWORKS provides custom graphic design and coating solutions. 3D CERAKOTE & LASERWORKS will provide ceramic based finishes, laser etching, and custom vinyl graphics that can be utilized on a variety of materials to include: metal, plastic, fiberglass, polymers, wood, and glass.
Electronic Communications
visiting http://www.3dcerakote.com or sending emails to 3D Cerakote & Laserworks constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that 3D Cerakote & Laserworks is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. 3D Cerakote & Laserworks and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service and terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3D CERAKOTE and LASERWORKS RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to purchases made with 3D Cerakote & Laserworks only. Please read below for important details concerning:
Non-Refundable Merchandise;
Order Cancellations;
Returns; and
Refunds
Please be aware that you may have additional refund rights under applicable local law; nothing in this Policy limits any such rights under local law.
1. NON-REFUNDABLE MERCHANDISE
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty (as determined by us) or is subject to a valid warranty claim (for those products subject to a written warranty), or unless the law otherwise requires:
Custom orders/personalized items.
Subscription products
Products designated as “non-returnable” on the product description page, or marked as “As-is,” “Clearance” or “Close Out” or “Final Sale.”
Purchases not made with 3D Cerakote & Laserworks
2. CANCELLATIONS OF PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE ORDERS
You may cancel an order of physical merchandise, as long as your status is still in the “Order Received” stage of the process.
3. MERCHANDISE RETURNS
a. Returns Window:
For an order of a refund-eligible item, you have 30 days from the date your item ships to initiate a return. For instructions on how to initiate a return, please visit Cancellation, Returns & Refunds FAQ page.
After you have initiated a return, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA #”) and a prepaid shipping label. Your RMA # will expire 30 days from the date it is generated; your item will not be considered refund-eligible unless it is shipped back to 3D Cerakote & Laserworks before your RMA # expires.
b. Return Shipping:
Returns should be sent to our returns fulfillment center using the prepaid Federal Express return shipping label we provide to you. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this requirement.
*3D Cerakote & Laserworks does not take title to returned items until they are accepted at our returns fulfillment center and the risk of loss remains with you until the returned item(s) are delivered to us at that location.
c. Returns Requirements:
In order to qualify for a refund, you must return the item within the applicable return policy period using the prepaid shipping label we provide to you, include the packing list or original purchase receipt, and identify the reason for the return. All returned items must be in original condition, including all accompanying labels.
d. Rejected Returns:
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Returns and Refunds policy, including returned items:
With missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number labels, manufacturer model or part number labels, or warranty labels.
Without all original parts, or missing or damaged parts, packaging, and all other items originally included with the product.
From which the UPC code has been removed.
That exhibit signs of having been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
That appears used or damaged.
For which RMA # has not been issued.
That does not match the items in your order.
Items not purchased from 3d Cerakote & Laserworks.
We will notify you via email if your return is rejected. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping any rejected item(s) back to you. If you do not contact 3D Cerakote & Laserworks to arrange the return of your rejected item(s) within ninety (90) business days from the date on the rejection notification, we will assume you do not wish to reclaim the property and will dispose of it at any time thereafter, in any manner as we see fit. 3D Cerakote & Laserworks LLC will not be responsible for any property that goes unclaimed.
4. REFUND PROCESSING AND TIMING
Refunds will be credited after we have processed your return and confirmed the returned item
is eligible for return;
was returned in a timely manner; and
complies with our returns requirements. An item will be deemed to have been “returned in a timely manner,” if you
have requested a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA#”) within the applicable return-window period for that item; and
shipped the item back to us prior to the expiration of the RMA#.
Please allow at least 8-10 business days after your refund status changes from “Return Initiated” to “Return Accepted” for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
*Note: depending on your payment method or financial institution, it could take longer for the refund to show up on your account.

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGEE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OF CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and 3d Cerakote & Laserworks agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class preceding.

Termination/Access Restriction
3d Cerakote & Laserworks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To maximize extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and you are hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in South Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and 3d Cerakote & Laserworks as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. 3d Cerakote & Laserworks’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of 3d Cerakote & Laserworks’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided or gathered by 3d Cerakote & Laserworks with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue un effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, the agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and 3d Cerakote & Laserworks with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and 3d Cerakote & Laserworks with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions and other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes toTerms
3d Cerakote & Laserworks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which http://www.3dcerakote.com is offered.
